LCGSA Mission Statement 

 

Lake Cities Girls Softball Association is striving to be a premier youth membership organization in the sport of softball.  We strive to provide opportunities for personal growth and development of our youth female athletes.  We reinforce positive influences, self-confidence, self-esteem and the ability to excel on and off the field.  Through participation, Lake Cities Girls Softball Association is dedicated to educate and motivate each member while encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship and fun through the spirit of softball. 

 

 

Vision Statement 

 

Our goal is to become the best organized and progressive nonprofit softball organization.  We encourage, promote and  pursue young spirited girls. We act in the best interest of all our girls.  Our priorities are to enhance the softball skills of our youth athletes. We will provide a successful, quality, competitive athletic experience for our athletes. Our softball program shall serve to inspire the pursuit of excellence through honest effort, fair play, and personal integrity.  In addition, it will enhance the image of our organization. The experience of the LCGSA organization will be a positive, rewarding, and enjoyable experience; while meeting other peers that may be separated by school alignments. The provision of excellent coaching, facilities, and services shall enable these youth athletes to maximize their potential.  Our softball program will be a source of pride to all other associations within our North Texas region.
