ASA-ACE Coach Certification on line

1.     Go to http://ace.usasoftball.com

2.     Enter your information and look up your profile.

3.     If you certified in 2008, you should be on file and will be able to register for level 2 and up depending on previous levels completed.  If you were certified and it ask for you to create a profile(step2), don't do it.  If you complete step 2 and create a new profile, you will have to start again with level 1.  If you were certified in 2008 and there is no profile for you contact the ACE administrator, Eli Pagel at epagel@softball.org.

4.     You will be required to pay with a credit or debit card.  The league will reimburse one certification each calendar year for the head coach and up to 2 assistant coaches coaching each team.  The cost is $25.00 for level1 and $20.00 for level 2 and up.

5.     To get reimbursed, you must submit a receipt and a copy of your certification via email or postal mail to the league treasurer, Tracie Fulks, traciefulks@charter.net or PO Box 1644 Lake Dallas, TX  75065.  No check will be issued without a receipt AND certification.

8.     Certification must be completed by September 7, 2009 by the head coach of each team.  LCGSA recommends that two assistant coaches from each team also get certified.  If a team wishes to enter an ASA tournament, each adult on the field and in the dugout must be certified.
